Runner
Reports to: Assistant Manager
Job Summary Full and Part time positions
The main responsibility of a food runner is to provide
support to the wait staff by transporting food from the kitchen to tables
assigned by the wait staff rapidly and
accurately.
In search of a candidate that is willing to learn and can
uphold Wicker Point Golf Club’s standards. The ideal candidate should have the
ability to work various shifts, including nights and holidays.
Must have the ability to lift up to 50 pounds. Must help
setting up and breaking down expo line. Must help in replenishing sauces and dressings.
Must have ability communicate food orders and special requests to Chef.
Duties:

Sets up expo line using opening checklist.
·
Stocking expo areas with silverware and ramekins.
·
Stocking sauces, dressings, and other food
products such as bread baskets.
·
Communicate member feedback to wait staff and
kitchen.
·
Has knowledge of safe food handling.
·
Organizes food in correct order according to
wait staff chit.
·
Cleans trays.
·
Consistently ensures the expo line is clean and
up to standard.
·
Has knowledge of table numbers and seat numbers.
